Job Description:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Income Tracking Coordinator. This role will support the Income Tracking team and play a vital part in ensuring all income streams are properly captured, analyzed, and reported.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring all payments are properly tracked; assisting with preparation of the internal reporting log of all cash receipts
- Downloading and maintaining organization of incoming royalty and licensing statements from third-party portals
- Reconciling cash receipts to statements received from third parties
- Preparing and sending invoices where necessary, maintaining accurate invoice tracking, and following up as needed to ensure timely payment and proper documentation
- Tracking and following up on missing or delayed payments with appropriate parties when necessary
- Assisting with live performance tracking by collecting show data and ensuring accurate submission of performance through PRO portals and then tracking those submissions
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity
- Supporting the Income Tracking team with ad hoc projects, data reviews, reconciliations, and report preparation
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year of relevant experience in the music industry
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with royalty statements, income tracking, or financial reporting processes preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn music industry revenue streams and royalty structures
- Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated team player who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
