Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientist to join our team with the primary responsibility of developing mammalian cell lines and assessing new platforms to produce monoclonal and bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins, or other recombinant proteins for clinical and commercial manufacturing. This role will be 100% onsite and follow a Monday-Friday schedule during normal business hours.
The selected candidate will be heavily involved in techniques such as flow cytometry and cell imaging and will collaborate with other departments, including molecular biology, upstream process development, and process development analytics. Additionally, the Scientist will participate in the assessment and integration of new technologies to enhance our platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cell staining, imaging, and flow cytometry
- Assist with ongoing business and innovation projects in the lab
- Conduct limited data analysis and review
- Carry out assigned laboratory work and other basic functional duties to support lab operations
- Maintain a research lab notebook, recording information on activities
- Comply with lab procedures, protocols, regulatory, and other requirements
- Evaluate and introduce innovative technologies to improve cell line development and therapeutic protein production
- Collaborate closely with Upstream Process Development, Downstream Purification, and Analytical Development teams
- Create written technical reports and present data at internal forums
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Education:
- BS degree required, MS preferred in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related biologics fields
- 0-4 years of relevant experience
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience with aseptic culture of mammalian cell lines
- Basic understanding of daily lab functions, maintenance, safety, and SOPs
- Consistent delivery of accurate and complete experimental records
- Ability to perform scientific literature reviews
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Hands-on experience with flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy
- Experience with lab automation technologies
