Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Field Support Analyst with our commercial real estate client in Houston, TX. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am -5pm (EST)
Description:
Overview of Work Environment:
Supporting corporate office, work independently, but will have virtual team of support as well
Resource's typical working day:
- General desk top support
- Hardware/software support
- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Responding to tickets
- Maintaining office technology
- Front facing customer service
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
- Good technical skills
- Good customer service
- Banking or law firm support work,
- Experience with Apple iOS
- Adobe Acrobat
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
- MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
