What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative II position at Primary Talent Partners?
Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Customer Service Representative II with our healthcare client in Batesville, IN. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $19.32/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule: Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Rotation (8am-6pm est)
- 8am - 5pm est
- 8am - 4:30 est
- 9am - 6pm est
- Serves as primary contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and coordinating customer service needs with other functions as required (such as with product availability issues).
- Serves as customer contact (by telephone or fax) regarding such matters as ordering, scheduling, and shipping.
- Responds to telephones, fax, and web product and service orders, obtains usage and inputs sales order data and/or product service calls into order fulfillment system.
- Resolves routine and some non-routine customer questions, complaints, and requests.
- Investigates problems related to shipment of products, credits, and new orders.
- Through the ordering process obtains information on the amount, type, and stock on hand.
- May also expedite orders, and initiate action to replenish stock.
- May setup new accounts, maintain other records, prepare required reports.
- High School Diploma / GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or call center
- Proficiency with data entry systems (ERP, order management, CRM, or similar platforms) with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax, with ability to resolve routine issues independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research order, shipping, and inventory issues and escalate when needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple requests and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment
