Business Systems Analyst

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Business Systems Analyst to join an agribusiness company in MN. This is an 11-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. 

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.


Description:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Farm Management team. This role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that improve processes, support critical applications, system integrations and drive business value across our agricultural operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.
• Support and maintain assigned business applications.
• Manage and coordinate small enhancements and development efforts.
• Support system integration teams, digital architecture teams and master data teams as it relates to the digital farm management system and data integrations.
• Develop and execute functional testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Manage application changes through production deployment.
• Track and resolve system issues, requests, and enhancement opportunities.
• Assist with business case development, including cost-benefit and risk analysis.
• Provide end-user training and application support as needed.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of Business Systems Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in Agricultural Retail or Agribusiness.
• Project management experience or certification.
• Experience with sophisticated system and data integrations
  

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation as needed.
