Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Administrative Specialist II with our large power and utilities client in Virtual-Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

What You’ll Do:
- Support paid media campaigns by processing and managing monthly paid advertising invoices. Invoicing responsibilities include reviewing the details of each invoice (the program, the jurisdictions, dates, etc.); then applying the appropriate accounting codes to each invoice and entering them into the CAPS System for processing. Invoices must be processed in a timely manner to be compliant with our agency’s terms of agreement. Responsible for ensuring that all invoices are entered correctly and submitted for approval for payment on time.
- Note: there are approximately 100 invoices each month.
- Supporting the Advertising function by assisting as needed with scheduling and maintaining the monthly campaign reporting call calendar for campaigns, with full scope of stakeholders for each campaign.
- Assisting with reviewing and routing paid media reporting decks for accuracy prior to monthly meetings.
- Making regular updates to our project status report that tracks activities for all media campaigns, ensuring we have a real-time look at all campaigns in market and those in development.
- Help with scheduling and reserving meeting spaces and other needs during our September media planning sessions that take place with the marketing team and the agency team annually in Charlotte.
- Help maintain and upload documents to a robust Teams site with all relevant media forms, contacts and documentation, support documents and templates used by the marketing team.
- Conduct research as needed throughout the year on new channels or emerging trends in the paid media space to share back with the MM team and the RM agency partners.
- Maintain and manage the relationship with LiveRamp - this is newly emerging work and some of the support needs are unknown. Some support will be needed coordinating with the MM team and the data team to make sure campaign lists are pulled and properly hashed, prior to uploading into the LiveRamp platform.
- Serve as back-up contact for media agency when Principal is out of office (vacations, etc.).
- Provide support to the Marketing Management team in other capacities to include: Handling non-marketing / comms requests such as updating T&Cs for our non-reg businesses for PNG and client; list pulls, transactional communications, legal and disclaimer reviews, proofreading and audit reviews (15% - 25% of time).
