This is a W-2 COMMISSION BASED POSITION
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, community outreach activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Engage with potential customers through direct Door-to-Door interactions at events, providing exceptional customer service and clear product explanations.
- Utilize mapping software to target your daily sales territory.
- Develop strong relationships with community partners and local organizations to expand brand visibility.
- Self generate sales appointments..
- Maintain detailed records of event activities, customer interactions, and lead generation metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, event marketing, or related roles with a focus on customer engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings and deliver compelling product demos.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly and providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences effectively is a plus!
- Knowledge of sales principles and experience in driving customer interest toward products or services.
