Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Risk Management Data Analyst for a large and well-established client. This position offers the opportunity to support key functions within Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance Risk Management, contributing to major modeling efforts related to project risk, asset health, and operational risk. The role is ideal for a data-driven professional seeking to apply technical depth, analytical rigor, and modern data tools to real-world risk challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Determine data requirements and implementation approaches in partnership with senior management, technical groups, and client stakeholders.
- Develop advanced data manipulation, storage, and analysis strategies to support risk modeling initiatives.
- Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and define database identifiers for management systems.
- Build and maintain local databases and integrate them with internal applications and external data sources.
- Query, store, and process structured and unstructured data to support risk-related decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with database technologies.
- Proficiency with at least one scripting language, including Python and common packages such as NumPy.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and Monte Carlo simulation techniques.
- Experience with At Risk software preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Projects or MS Dynamics preferred.
- Experience with Snowflake, SAP, Tableau, or Power BI a plus.
