We’re seeking experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who share our commitment to simplifying the mortgage process and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with prospective homebuyers and assess their financing needs
• Educate borrowers about available loan and homebuyer-assistance options
• Collect and review financial information and supporting documentation
• Structure appropriate loan scenarios based on each borrower’s circumstances
• Guide borrowers from the initial conversation through application, pre-approval, and closing
• Maintain accurate notes, records, and follow-up activities
• Proactively communicate with borrowers, agents, processors, and other transaction partners
• Provide responsive, professional service throughout the entire mortgage process
• Follow all company policies and applicable federal and state lending regulations
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license and NMLS registration
• Previous mortgage origination experience
• Working knowledge of mortgage guidelines, income calculations, credit, assets, and loan structuring
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Exceptional organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple borrowers and transactions in a remote environment
• Comfortable using mortgage technology, CRM systems, video meetings, email, and phone communication
• A genuine desire to help more people successfully become homeowners
  
  

Position Details

• Remote position
• Experienced, licensed loan officers only
• Additional state licenses may be required based on assigned markets
• Compensation: base plus bonus depending on experience.
