What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Vice President, Retail Mortgage Division position at Primary Residential Mortgage?
Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its retail platform and is seeking a Regional Vice President of Retail Mortgage Lending to lead and accelerate growth within the region.
This is an opportunity to partner with one of the industry’s most established and well-capitalized independent mortgage banks while building and scaling a high-performing retail division.

Compensation:
PRMI offers a highly competitive compensation structure driven by divisional P&L performance and production growth. In addition to ongoing compensation,signing bonuses and transition incentives may be structured based on a multi-year production history rather than only the most recent production cycles.
Outstanding performance is regularly recognized across the organization, including company-sponsored recognition events and awards travel.
What we’re looking for in a leader:
• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including leadership or management roles
• A proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing loan originators and branch teams
• Strong relationships with referral partners and an established professional network
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining production pipelines and branch growth
• Experience hiring, training, and motivating mortgage sales professionals
• Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance, QC standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting concepts such as P&L management, debits/credits, and general ledgers
Requirements:
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS)
• Compliance with all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations, as well as PRMI policies
