What we’re looking for in a leader
Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including management roles.
Extensive experience developing, managing, and maintaining a network of referral partners.
Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations, as well as PRMI policies.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
Strong knowledge of quality control and compliance standards.
Ability to effectively and professionally handle complex situations when working with branches and divisional leadership.
Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills, both verbal and written.
A leadership mindset driven by sales achievement, team development, training, and market expansion.
Familiarity with accounting terminology and procedures (e.g., debits, credits, general ledger).
