About the Company
We’re looking for a high-performing Mortgage Advisor who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production. This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. Instead, this role is designed for a proven producer who wants to scale their impact by leading a team while staying focused on what they do best: originating and driving business.
About the Role
This role offers the ability to build and lead a team without operational drag, dedicated operational infrastructure to support your business and your team, a focus on sales leadership, mentorship, and growth, and the opportunity to scale beyond your personal production.
Responsibilities
- Continue producing at a high level
- Lead from the front through production and example
- Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week)
- Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side
- Drive culture, accountability, and performance
Qualifications
- Approximately years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
- Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/ division.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.
