Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is seeking a proactive, organized, and people-focused Office Coordinator to help create an exceptional experience for our employees, clients, and visitors. This individual will serve as the hub of our office, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently while supporting leadership, employees, and company initiatives.

Office Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the office, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Manage office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure employees have the tools and resources they need to be successful.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and vendor relationships.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation using both digital and physical filing systems.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to leadership and various departments.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference rooms, and office communications.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Assist with special projects and company initiatives as assigned.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workspaces, coordinating new hire materials, and ensuring a positive first-day experience.
- Serve as a resource for employee questions and direct requests to the appropriate departments.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Event & Culture Coordination
- Coordinate company meetings, trainings, employee appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist with planning and executing internal events and celebrations that promote company culture and team engagement.
- Support volunteer opportunities and charitable initiatives throughout the year.
Workplace Experience
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to help ensure clear communication and a positive workplace experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and operational efficiency.
- Foster a welcoming, organized, and collaborative office environment for employees and guests.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in office administration, office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing calendars, spreadsheets, and office systems.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
