Position purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
· Manages multiple branch locations
· Oversees and supervises Branch Managers within the division
· Reports directly to Division Manager
· Drives profitable growth within the division
Supervisory responsibilities
· Supervises multiple branch managers, operations managers, and underwriters who report directly to Regional Manager within the Division
Qualifications
§ Has experience running multiple branch locations
§ Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
§ Excellent writing and editing skills
§ Strong communication skills, both written and oral
§ Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
§ Multi-tasking ability
§ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Work Requirements
