Job Title: FP&A Manager

Location: Sarasota, FL | Hybrid (3-Days In-Office)

Compensation: $110k-$130k Total Comp

What We’re Looking For:

• The ideal candidate has 7 years of FP&A experience
• 1 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (required)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Financial Modeling experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Builds budgets and forecasts across several business lines and keeps them aligned with company goals
• Creates and updates financial models for new opportunities and ongoing operations, working with department leaders to fine-tune assumptions
• Maintains the company’s corporate model to keep it accurate and useful
• Prepares cash flow and liquidity forecasts to support smart financial decisions
• Spots ways to grow revenue and improve returns, sharing insights with senior leadership
• Delivers clear budget-to-actual analysis and explains key variances to leadership
• Prepares presentation materials for senior leadership and the Board
• Supports major projects with timely analysis and recommendations
• Suggests performance benchmarks to help track progress and guide improvement
• Takes on additional duties as needed and helps wherever the team needs support
