This is a great entry-level role for someone who loves staying organized, juggling moving parts, and helping a team bring new ideas to life.You’ll manage seasonal records and product samples — making sure everything is ordered, tracked, received, and routed to the right partners — and you’ll collaborate closely with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Creative across all categories and seasons.If you enjoy staying on top of details, keeping things moving, and pitching in wherever the team needs support, this role is a strong match.What You’ll DoManage product samples from ordering to tracking, receiving, organizing, and distributing across teamsMonitor and track sample costs and invoices to stay aligned with budgetRespond to and coordinate sample requests from cross-functional business partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate sample statuses and timelines, building strong working relationships across the companyMaintain seasonal records and linesheets, ensuring styles, colors, and assortments are accurate in our Product Data Management (PDM) systemSupport seasonal product presentations, strategy meetings, and Mock Shops, helping the team to gather insights and share findingsTrack weekly sales data and identify emerging trends, developing an understanding of what drives product successWhat You’ll BringProficiency in Excel and comfort with basic data tracking and using spreadsheetsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksClear and effective communication, both written and verbalAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyExperience working in collaborative, cross-functional teamsA proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learnCuriosity and interest in merchandising, kids’ apparel, product design, and/or creative processesA degree or equivalent experience (e.g., school, work, extracurriculars)What We OfferWe want our team to feel supported, valued, and able to thrive — at work and beyond.
