Since 1980, we have served as a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), offering medical, nutritional, and behavioral health services across Dade, Walker, Catoosa, and Chattooga counties.
As an FNP or PA at PHC, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals of all ages. At our Gilbert Elementary Clinic, you’ll develop lasting relationships with patients, address a wide range of healthcare needs, and help strengthen the overall well-being of the community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed in Georgia as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
- Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all backgrounds
- Ability to work independently in a busy clinical environment
- Willingness to provide care at other PHC locations when needed

Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
