Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and develop individualized care plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with HIPAA regulations, DEA guidelines, and state laws
- Manage acute and chronic conditions utilizing skills in pain management, infectious disease care, behavioral health, and geriatrics
- Perform procedures such as Biote HRT, etc.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems like eClinicalWorks with Sunoh AI for accurate medical documentation and medical records management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties including cardiology, gastroenterology, occupational health, hospice & palliative medicine, and emergency medicine
- Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care and support patients remotely using telehealth platforms.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations using laboratory experience, sonography, medical imaging, and specimen processing techniques
- Support patient education on nutrition, family planning, memory care, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, and other wellness initiatives
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Family Nurse Practitioner or in similar advanced practice provider roles within nursing homes or outpatient clinic
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Eclinical Works ,Epic or Cerner; telehealth experience is a plus
- Knowledge of CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-9/10) for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Familiarity with Workers’ Compensation law and utilization management processes is advantageous
- Strong communication skills for client education and interdisciplinary collaboration are essential

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,726.95 per year
