Schedule and Location:
- Full-time position available
- Monday through Friday schedule

Your Role:
As a medical assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and assisting providers during treatment and examination. You will also perform office duties such as verifying insurance, collecting copays, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current, valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Must be currently certified and maintain certification by one of the following: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Certification Association (AMCA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), or National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- One year of practical medical assisting experience preferred
- Graduate of medical assisting program preferred
- Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology preferred
- Knowledge of chronic disease management preferred
