Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy medical practice, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of patients throughout their visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet patient as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their visit Maintain confidentiality and security of practice and patient information
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
