RN NEEDED FOR OUR GROWING AND BUSY ADULT PRIMARY CARE OFFICE
Brattleboro Primary Care is looking for an organized team member, who can multitask, and is looking to work 40hrs a week in an NCQA Certified Medical Home.
JOB DESCPTION
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of adult patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history
- Administration of immunizations and medications
- Performing basic CLIA waive lab procedures
- Assisting providers with in office medical procedures
- Patient/care giver teaching
- Triage
- Working with area care coordinators, as well as active participation in care coordination with patients with complex medical issues
- Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- Opportunities for working on QI Projects

STARTING PAY RANGE, DEPENDENT ON LICENSE/CERTIFATION AND EXPERIENCE
$28.00 - 32.00 RANGE
Our comprehensive benefit package includes seven paid holidays, CTO time accrual, health, vision and dental insurances, in addition to a 401K retirement program with employer contribution.
Full Time: 40hrs

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Proficient in administering injections
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and support
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
