Job Summary
Primal Cleaning is looking for an experienced Airbnb cleaner (1099 contractor) to join our team. This role is for solo cleaners only who can work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
We specialize in short-term rental cleanings and are looking for individuals who understand the level of detail required to get a property fully guest-ready. This is a fast-paced, time-sensitive role, especially during peak season.
We are currently building out our summer team, so reliability and consistency are extremely important.
Duties
- Perform detailed Airbnb turnover cleanings between guest stays
- Reset and stage properties to be fully guest-ready
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces
- Complete laundry (wash, dry, fold, and restock linens properly)
- Follow structured cleaning checklists and standards
- Restock supplies if needed (toiletries, paper goods, etc.)
- Report damages, missing items, or issues after each clean
- Maintain speed and efficiency to meet same-day turnover deadlines
Requirements
- Must have Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning experience
- Must be a solo cleaner (no teams or companies)
- Must be reliable and show up consistently
- Must have your own transportation
- Must be able to work within time-sensitive same-day turnovers
- Must be comfortable working independently without supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Additional Info
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Pay is provided per cleaning job based on property size.
