About Primacy Strategy Group’s North Dakota Practice
Primacy Strategy Group (PSG) is a Midwest based consulting firm operating at the intersection of
government, business, and communications. With offices in Washington, D.C., St. Paul, MN, and
Bismarck, ND—we specialize in government relations, public affairs, business development,
procurement, and strategic communications.
Our diverse client portfolio includes Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized businesses, municipalities,
special purpose governments, and nonprofits. Whether advancing policy, securing funding, or
building coalitions and grassroots support, PSG delivers tailored strategies that connect clients with
key decision-makers and drive results at every level of government. Backed by deep experience and
strong relationships, our team is built to move fast, think strategically, and help you stay several
moves ahead.
We don’t simply “practice the rituals” of government relations. We build strategies that work — and
then we execute them with precision. As we expand our North Dakota team, we are seeking an
individual who can think strategically, lead with discipline, and bring operational structure to our
Bismarck office.
