Job Summary:

The responsibilities include assisting in the coordination of all aspects of production and communicating customers’ component inventory status to our custom-branded partners. As part of the inventory status responsibilities and duties, it includes assisting in creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and updating the inventory location guide. This position is responsible for tracking inbound shipments of customer components, sharing the customers' inventory status on a routine basis, updating the production scheduling team daily regarding filling floor production numbers, and working with the warehouse team to adjust inventory as needed. This position is an on-site position only.

This position is authorized to enter the Manufacturing Area. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensures timely execution and proper reconciliation of inventory movements and all related processes.
• Coordinate to help maintain the warehouse mapping system and update the inventory location guide for all components and packaging.
• Updates all customer-supplied component details in the company dashboard.
• Confirms updated purchase order due dates with clients based on client-supplied component arrivals/ETAs. Communicates these updates internally and revises necessary documents.
• Keep the customer service manager informed regarding component inventory details necessary to relay open order status to customers.  
• Compiles and sends month-end component inventory reports to clients.
• Gathers daily finished-product production totals from QAs and the Plant Manager, reports them to the Production Scheduling Department and Warehouse, and records them in the Daily Tracker.
• Coordinates the creation of product prototypes upon receipt of new or updated components, prior to the production run.
• Relays the remaining label inventory to Prima Fleur’s resort customers to the appropriate contact person at the resort, after their order has shipped. Upon receipt of new resort orders, contact resort customers to notify them if they need to reorder labels to complete the new purchase order. 
• In cooperation with the warehouse team, controls component inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the database inventory system.
• Assists in the planning and implementation of new design layouts and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Maintains and updates brand customers’ BOMs, coordinating with the Production, Product Development, and Order Processing Departments.
• Maintains all the Resort's BOMs by documenting and updating them as required.
• Assists in creating Bill of Materials (BOMs) from PFB's existing Batch Record Template (BRT).
• Transfer all BOMs into the database.
• In cooperation with the warehouse team, maintains pars, tracks, and reports Prima Fleur’s Premier Product component and label inventories, and notifies purchasing of components at par.
• Cross-trains to support and/or fill in for shipping and warehouse colleagues.
• Contributes to the overall team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, motivated individual with analytical and quantitative analysis skills
• Advanced Excel and Database/Pivot table skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendations and effective written communication, all using tact and courtesy.
• Ability to follow detailed directions or processes and execute accordingly.

Physical Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit at their desk for long periods, use their hands to type on the computer keyboard, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with their hands and arms.
• It is frequently required to talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to stand; walk up and downstairs, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
• Mobility to use standard office equipment, including a computer, vision to read printed materials, and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
