Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including baker, cooks, and support personnel to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely food service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor kitchen productivity, implement shift management strategies, and optimize workflow efficiency
- Train staff on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Manage dietary department requirements when applicable, ensuring menu options meet dietary restrictions and preferences

Requirements
