Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace. We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Skokie, IL. You'll get to:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Order Processing
Accurately enter customer orders and maintain related data in JD Edwards and customer portals.
Record contractual discrepancies in customer portal ensuring timely resolution.
Cross Functional Support
Print work orders for distribution to the production floor.
Work order completion with a focus on data accuracy and timely reporting.
Support team with administrative tasks as needed.

Knowledge of basic manufacturing operations and process flows.
Work independently and collaboratively with the team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
