We achieve this using a team approach to provide the following services to homeowner associations throughout North Carolina: physical property management, financial services, administrative services, and technology services.
We are currently seeking a Resale Coordinator to join our Greensboro, NC office location.
Your contribution to the team:
Complete resale orders
Process closing documents
Contact attorneys regarding closings
Scan information into software system
Administrative duties as needed
Skills for success:
Strong organizational skills
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience necessary)
Association/property management industry knowledge a plus
Experience with register of deed websites a plus
3 – 5 years working in office environment required
