RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to learn and pass and exam on all Priefert Mfg. products.
• Must have Ranching and Equine Knowledge
• Communicates Professioally with all customers.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Some Experience is sales, shipping, inventory, invoicing and RMA's preferred.
• Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively.
• Ability to communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers.
• Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
• Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiate with others.
• Ability to learn ERP software as well as Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Maintains composure in stressful situations.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled.

Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
