RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to learn and pass and exam on all Priefert Mfg. products.
- Must have Ranching and Equine Knowledge
- Communicates Professioally with all customers.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Some Experience is sales, shipping, inventory, invoicing and RMA's preferred.
- Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively.
- Ability to communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers.
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
- Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiate with others.
- Ability to learn ERP software as well as Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to manage time and work independently.
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college preferred.
- Maintains composure in stressful situations.
- Reports to work on time and as scheduled.
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
