- Greet and direct Priefert visitors and employees in a kind, professional manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for callers and direct phone calls appropriately.
- Handle outbound mail and add postage to mailings accurately.
- Keep track of company vehicle usage and organize vehicle keys.
- Multi-task assignments effectively.
- Schedule appointments, return calls, and answer questions.
- Organize files and perform various clerical duties.
- Manage time effectively.
- Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
- Assist in various administrative projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure.
- Outgoing, friendly, service-oriented disposition.
- Ability to operate a computer and use office software effectively.
- Ten-key calculator skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- High school diploma required.
- Some college preferred.
- Maintains composure in stressful situations.
- Reports to work on time and as scheduled.
