What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at PRIEB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC?
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced residential property management environment.
Please note: Applicants must have previous on-site leasing experience to be considered for this position.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of on-site leasing experience
- Experience with Yardi and RentCafe
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Rotating Wednesdays off
- Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location
The main office is located in Olathe, Kansas, with properties located throughout Johnson County and southern Wyandotte County.
