QC/QA Associate Location Fort Myers, FLORIDA, USCategory ManufacturingPosted Date 07/23/2026 QC/QA Associate Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday Location: Fort Myers, FL Pay Rate: $17 /hr - $18 /hr DOE QC/QA Associate Job Duties include: Inspect incoming materials, parts, and packaging on the warehouse floor by confirming physical dimensions, labels, and specs against purchase orders. Perform hands-on visual and physical quality checks on active manufacturing lines and completed production runs. Accurately document floor inspection results, log defect rates, and tag non-conforming or damaged products for quarantine. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor environment by following all shop safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Promote warehouse safety management by enforcing personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance and flagging floor hazards. Record inspection data into basic shop-floor terminals or digital logs to help track shift quality trends. QC/QA Associate Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, assembly line, or manufacturing quality inspection role Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for full shifts.
