Production General Laborer – Full‐Time

We are seeking a reliable Production Laborer to support daily operations at our manufacturing site. This role involves hands‐on work with heavy equipment, machinery, and various tools used in the production of asphalt and concrete materials. The ideal candidate works efficiently, communicates clearly, and follows all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Production Support — Assist with routine plant activities and coordinate with supervisors to meet production targets.
• Equipment Operation — Operate trucks, front‐end loaders, forklifts, and other machinery as needed.
• Site Maintenance — Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; secure tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Equipment Care — Inspect, clean, and maintain machinery; report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Material Handling — Assist with loading materials, storing inventory properly, and supporting customer pickup needs.
• General Labor — Perform various physical tasks throughout the production plant, including setup and teardown of equipment.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements — High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Language Skills — Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Equipment Experience — Forklift experience required; prior asphalt or concrete production experience is a plus.
• Work Style — Must work safely, efficiently, and communicate effectively with team members.
