What are the responsibilities and job description for the Immediate Openings for Experienced Customer Service Representatives position at PrideStaff?
PrideStaff works with various companies throughout Palm Beach County to assist with recruitment for available customer service/call center opportunities. The locations vary -- from Boca Raton to Jupiter -- and typically, schedules are day shifts during the work week. Pay rates also vary, but are typically between $17/hr. to $20/hr.
Duties for customer service roles include:
- Answering a volume of phone calls and/or making a volume of calls (in and outbound phone communication)
- Processing orders, credits and/or returns
- Preparing written correspondence
- Fulfilling customers' needs
- Interacting with vendors/clients
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Tracking orders and shipments of purchase orders
Qualifications:
- Excellent data entry
- Basic working knowledge of CRM systems and/or MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Verifiable and stable employment history of at least 1 year of related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish, and/or English and Creole) skills are preferred, but not always required
