What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Inside Sales position at PrideStaff?
PrideStaff is currently seeking an Entry Level Inside Sales Representative for a Client in the Romeoville area. This position requires someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and GREAT ENERGY!!
Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (With 1 hour lunch)
Pay: $19/hr
*** Once hired on, will receive commission on top of base pay ***
Main Duties:
- Manage and grow appointed territory
- Contact and qualify accounts based on industry and size of a given facility or company
- Cold Calling ***
- Identify decision makers and buyers
- Meeting and exceeding sales goal.
- Maintain client records
- Business to Business Sales!
Required Skills:
- Strong work ethic
- Good Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Bilingual is a PLUS
