PrideStaff is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative or a company located in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time, Direct Hire position with opportunity to grow Pay is $23 -$28 per hour. Bilingual Spanish is required. Shift hours Monday - Friday 6am -2:30pm. . Please see job requirements below to be considered.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Experience with ReMatter or ReSparkk preferred.
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience, door industry preferred
- Detail oriented and have the ability to find solutions to problems
- Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills while interfacing with all levels of staff and customers.
- Working knowledge of PC’s and related software including MS Word, Excel, .
- Math skills required.
- Find solutions to customer requests for information concerning orders or services
- Perform order entry
- Notify customers /vendors of potential issues, and any other information regarding orders.
- Act as a liaison other departments
- Process all necessary customer service paperwork and reports
- Monitor completion of daily customer invoicing and other reports assignment by management
- Experience in the construction or recycling industry is a huge plus
