Shift / Hours : Monday - Saturday, 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM (5 days / week)
Pay Rate : $58,656 / year
Location : Arlington, TX 76017
Experience : Minimum 1 year of customer service or call-center experience.

Customer Service Representative - Bi-lingual Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer support via telephone and email.
Handle inbound telephone calls and inquiries.
Provide communication and coordination between locations.
Qualify customers and direct them to their nearest office.
Administrative duties and tasks as required.
Customer Service Representative - Bi-lingual Requirements :
1 year customer service or call-center experience.
Posses excellent communication skills.
Bi-lingual (English / Spanish).
Minimum Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.
