Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
Shift / Hours : Monday - Thursday, 7am to 4 : 30pm, Friday 8am to 12pm
Pay Rate : $16 / hr
Location : Clute, Tx
Experience : 6 months

Administrative Assistant Job Duties include :
Perform basic data entry functions.
Compile, sort, copy, and file records.
Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, and invoices
Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
Order materials, services, and supplies, as needed.
Job Qualifications :
Self starter, reliable and motivated
Good team player, willing to help others
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent customer service in-person and over the phone
