Join a fast-paced/growing plastics manufacturing organization committed to a high level of excellence in service to our clients.This position is responsible for heavy account reconciliations, resolving customer deductions/disputes, along with collections.Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:Heavy reconciliations; deductions, discounts, and customer disputes.Review and maintain a portfolio of assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.Make calls or send emails in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.Resolve client disputes in a timely manner.Respond to daily emails (internal or external) in a timely manner.Follow up on emails for “promise to pay” and “payment reminders” in a timely manner.Have a working relationship with vendors, internal sales personnel, and customers.Assist with other tasks within the accounting department as they are assigned.Experience and SkillsThe ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 4-5 years’ heavy accounts receivable/collections.Heavy account reconciliations - deductions, discounts, and disputesStrong communication, problem solving, common sense, and analytical skills A MUST.Organized and attention to detail A MUST.Ability to communicate within all departments and management levels.Ability to work well within a team and independently.Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.Ability to follow written & verbal instructions.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook – will test excel skills, basic functions.Great Plains Microsoft Dynamics a plus.NetSuite a plus.Motivated and reliable.Working Knowledge of customer portals, a plus.We provide a casual, comfortable, engaging work environment, with continuous support, and development for right-minded individual seeking long-term opportunity.Company offers a very competitive benefits package that includes:Full Medical Benefits/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance/Supplemental Medical Insurance/Paid Days Of (you never lose unused hours) Holidays/and other great incentives.Job Type: Full-time – Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pmCompany DescriptionPrideStaff is a national staffing organization, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day.
