Bookkeeper/Administrative Support
Responsible for performing various office administrative and general bookkeeping support tasks, including maintaining company records and accounts, reconciling invoices to work orders and payments, communicating with customers regarding their accounts, answer phones, provide customer support, processing payroll and reviewing employee time records, coordinate employee onboarding process, and process new hire paperwork.
Knowledge & Ability Requirements
Proven bookkeeping experience
Sage experience
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
Data entry skills with the ability to work a multi-functional calculator or 10-key proficiently.
Knowledgeable of general human resource management methods and processes, such as maintaining personnel.
M-F, Full time, salary range between $26-$28/hour, temp to hire position.
