PrideStaff is currently seeking CNC Mill Operator-Fanuc Controls a manufacturing company located in Norco, CA. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
- Salary: $21-$23
- Shift: M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform milling machining operations using blueprints and related diagrams.
- Use grinders, metal saws and general machine shop equipment.
- Perform quality checks and quality control on your own work, and that of others using appropriate instruments (micrometers, etc.).
- Update drawings (mark prints, etc.) when identifying corrections from issued blueprints.
- Participate in a Process of Ongoing Improvement. Identify areas or processes that help improve the operation of the Machine Shop and the Company’s responsiveness to customers.
- Adhere to and implement the ISO QMS.
- Adhere to and follow Company policies and safety regulations.
- Perform QA functions and other duties as assigned.
- Practice and encourage safe work practices.
- Train and assist other employees in the Company.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a mills, machining parts to specifications from blueprints. (2-3) years’ progressive experience as an overall machinist operator.
- Ability to operate a vertical mill.
- Ability to work effectively with and support others.
- Basic computer skills desirable.
- CNC knowledge and skills highly density
