Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Business Development: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calling, targeted email outreach, and local site visits) to connect with C-Level executives, business owners, and facility directors.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize modern CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track outreach, manage multi-touch workflows, and convert leads into site surveys and presentations.
• Consultative Discovery: Conduct deep-dive discovery to identify facility security challenges and operational inefficiencies, pitching custom smart-building solutions.
• Field & Client Engagement: Conduct on-site walkthroughs and client meetings across the local market (80% in-office / 20% local field presence).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and project operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale implementation and build long-term account value.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2 years of B2B business development, outbound prospecting, or technology sales experience (security, hardware, or SaaS background is a plus).
• Sales Mindset: High energy, resilient, coachable, and motivated by activity-based metrics and commission upside.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable using CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and modern productivity suites (MS Office / Google Workspace).
• Local Mobility: Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle for local client visits (mileage/expense plan provided).
