Patient Services Representative/Pharmaceutical HUB

Shifts range from 8 am to 7 pm 

$16.00


  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Attention to detail 
  • Experience & knowledge of prior authorization process 
  • Medical terminology
  • Good organization skills 
  • Self motivation 
  • Inbound & outbound calls 
  • 1 year experince healthcare 
  • Insurance verification, benefits, Medicare/Medicaid
  • CRM or case management platforms ( Salesforce Health Cloud, SuiteCRM)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) 


- Must meet background and drug screen criteria 
-Temp assignment, may turn into a temp to hire
