What you’ll be doing

As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving highly automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

• Troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems
• Diagnosing motors, transformers, relays, sensors, and controls
• Installing and servicing electrical components and conduit
• Working with PLC systems and I/O components
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Supporting packaging and process control systems
• Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Maintaining CMMS/EAM work orders
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Helping drive uptime, efficiency, and plant reliability

What we’re looking for required experience

• 3–5 years as an Industrial Electrician
• Manufacturing or production environment experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
• Experience with PLCs and industrial controls
• Licensed Electrician preferred
• Knowledge of electrical safety and Arc Flash procedures

Highly preferred

• Food manufacturing or bakery experience
• Experience with automated production lines
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced operations
