What you’ll be doing
As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving highly automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
- Troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems
- Diagnosing motors, transformers, relays, sensors, and controls
- Installing and servicing electrical components and conduit
- Working with PLC systems and I/O components
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
- Supporting packaging and process control systems
- Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Maintaining CMMS/EAM work orders
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Helping drive uptime, efficiency, and plant reliability
What we’re looking for required experience
- 3–5 years as an Industrial Electrician
- Manufacturing or production environment experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
- Experience with PLCs and industrial controls
- Licensed Electrician preferred
- Knowledge of electrical safety and Arc Flash procedures
Highly preferred
- Food manufacturing or bakery experience
- Experience with automated production lines
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced operations
