What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on freeze-drying equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation
- Troubleshoot system errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Support installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment at customer sites
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for service execution and quality tracking
- Provide on-call support as required by service agreements
- Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Technical certificate in electro-mechanical or related field, or associate degree 3–5 years of industrial equipment experience
- Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex machinery
- Understanding of PLC and PC-based control systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%)
Preferred:
- Experience with pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated equipment
- Familiarity with freeze-drying (lyophilization) systems
- Independent troubleshooting under time constraints
- Commitment to quality service and long-term customer relationships
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to travel frequently, including internationally
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Flexible and available for on-call support
