Pay Range
$94,536.00 – $103,542.40 annually
Shift
12-hour Continental Shift (South Plant) – PM / Overnight
- Rotating schedule including weekends
- Typically follows a 2-2-3 pattern (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)
- 12-hour evening/overnight shifts
- 2 shifts available
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and eliminate equipment breakdowns
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and components
- Install wiring, conduit, and connect power supply to equipment
- Diagnose and repair transformers, motors, relays, switches, and sensors
- Work with instrumentation, packaging, and process control systems
- Troubleshoot PLC systems and replace I/O cards
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and manage work orders (CMMS/EAM)
- Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation
- Support production changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with safety programs (Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, Confined Space)
- Train production staff on electrical safety and maintenance practices
- Source parts and prepare materials for repairs and maintenance
- Provide technical support and assist with problem-solving initiatives
Technical Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards (including Arc Flash)
- Experience using electrical testing equipment for troubleshooting
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments preferred
- Familiarity with instrumentation, process control, and packaging systems
Education & Experience
- Technical or vocational training preferred
- Licensed Electrician (Master Electrician preferred)
- Valid driver’s license required
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Working Conditions
- Exposure to moving machinery, noise, temperature extremes, and confined spaces

- Use of PPE including steel-toe safety shoes required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Lift 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, climb, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Schedule & Travel
- Full-time rotating continental shift
- Weekend and schedule flexibility required
- Occasional travel between facilities and for training
