Job Description
PrideNow is currently hiring a Bilingual Electric Pallet Jack Operator for one of our food distribution clients located in Monroe Township, NJ. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours and overtime availability.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Overtime available as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders using order sheets to ensure correct product selection and customer satisfaction
- Select, organize, and stack merchandise onto pallets for shipment
- Operate a ride-along electric pallet jack safely and efficiently
- Locate, count, and verify product inventory; report shortages as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented warehouse environment
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum 1–2 years of order picking experience in a food distribution or warehouse environment
- Ride-along electric pallet jack experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Salary : $18 - $19
