Warehouse Associate/ Inventory Associate / Shipping or Receiving

Job Description:

Training first 2 weeks:- Monday – Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Shift Opportunities

1. Back Half Night Shift (BHN) Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am
2. Front Half Night Shift (FHN) Sun-Wed 5pm-3:30am
3. Back Half Day Shift (BHD) Wed-Sat 6am-4:30pm
4. Donut Night Shift (M,Tu,Th,F) 5pm-3:30am
5. Front Half Day Shift (FHD) Sun-Wed 6am-4:30pm
6. Swing Day Shift (M-F) 10am-6:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle materials accurately and efficiently for the production and manufacturing teams
• Utilize SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary software systems for material transactions
• Document and report system issues and process inefficiencies
• Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites
• Support team training and development
• Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand carts, and if certified - forklift and/or electric pallet jacks)
• Contribute to SOP improvements and safety proceduresc

Basic qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
• Standing up to 10 hours a day as this is a warehouse job and not entirely a desk job.
• Ability to work flexible shift assignments, as schedules may vary depending on business needs and may include working a weekend day
