Pride Supports & Services is actively seeking a Home Provider in the Central Vermont area.
The ideal candidate will have a handicapped accessible home, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work as a member of a team, understand the uniqueness of community-based care, follow the individual rehabilitation program as designed by the team, maintain consumer confidentiality, submit required documentation in a timely manner and exhibit positivity and compassion at all times. Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, have a registered and insured vehicle, and a clean and valid driver's license. Training, direct supervision, and a monthly stipend will be provided. Please include a resume with your reply.
