Pride Storage Solutions is a locally owned and operated self-storage facility located in the Innovation District at The Downs in Scarborough. We are looking for an energetic, dependable and personable individual to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent position for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for a consistent daytime schedule in a clean, professional environment.
The majority of your time will be spent interacting with current and prospective customers. You will answer phone and online inquiries, show available storage units, complete rentals, follow up with prospective customers and help provide the high level of customer service our customers expect.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Responding to prospective customer inquiries
- Showing available storage units and helping customers select the appropriate size
- Completing rentals and customer paperwork
- Following up with prospective customers
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate customer accounts
- Assisting with day-to-day facility operations
- Helping maintain a clean, professional and welcoming property
What We're Looking For:
Previous self-storage experience is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with the right personality, attitude and work ethic.

Compensation & Hours
Starting pay is $19.00 per hour.
The position offers a consistent daytime schedule with no evening hours and only every other Saturday.
