Office Assistant/Dispatcher

Pride Plumbing is looking to add a another individual to their already amazing office staff.

The Ideal Candidate would have be able to execute the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluates customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
• Determines and schedules orders according to urgency.
• Provides superior customer service to new and existing customers.
• Achieves daily service and productivity standards and producing high quality work.
• Responds to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Handles inbound calls from customers and service technicians.
• Schedules and dispatch calls while maximizing the service technician's productivity and minimizing travel time.
• Updates customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.
• Responsible for supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Employee Handbook and Safety Policy/Manual and all Human Resources policies, and by demonstrating the Company's values and being a role model for the Company Brand.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
